Examining the link between Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and organisational financial performance

This study examined the link between Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and organisational financial performance. The research identified relationships between the level of ERM implementation and risk characteristics, risk appetite and culture. These findings have identified opportunities for ERM practitioners in Australia to improve the returns from ERM implementation.
