Exchange as a determinant in corporate citizenship : exploratory action research into the social construction of corporate citizenship

This thesis develops an entirely new approach to embedding corporate citizenship within everyday business practice. Developed from action research, this approach presents managers and employees with an alternative way of working where cultural change modelled through day-to-day tasks, extends corporate citizenship from being about money spent by head office, to an entrenched part of operations.
