Exploring Multidimensional Organisational Trust Between Employees and Leaders

This thesis investigated whether employee trust in leaders is multidimensional and whether the foremost multidimensional organisational trust measure is fit for the contemporary workplace. The findings affirm that employee trust in leaders has discrete dimensions, opposed to being a global construct, and offers a new measure for further exploration.
