Exploring quality in the implementation of development projects: insights from development NGOs

This study examined the quality of international development projects in Southeast Asia. The findings show that current practices remain focused on compliance and therefore provide an incomplete assessment of quality. The research identifies simple changes to practices that can ensure quality is a meaningful measure of project performance.
