Extradition, transnational justice and domestic judicial decisions: A comparative analysis

thesis
posted on 2023-03-29, 05:24 authored by Sally Kennedy
This thesis demonstrates that judicial decisions concerning international extradition requests received by Australia, Canada and the United States rarely protect the due process or human rights of the extraditee. Rather, the rights of the requesting nation and broader transnational justice administration practices that promote crime control objectives are prioritised.
