Framework for trusted smart government

This thesis develops a trust management framework that enables smart government to better understand citizens' needs, service effectiveness, and service quality, while engaging and improving citizens' well-being. This research contributes to the public service innovation knowledge base and provides evidence for improving smart government services in developing countries.<p></p>
