Functional Interactions between Plant Symbiotic Fungi and Biofilm Forming Organisms

This research highlighted the diversity and functional roles of bacteria associated with arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi. In vitro recreation assays were designed to better understand the underlying mechanisms and metabolites that underpin the association. These symbiotic tripartite interactions have the potential to be developed into value-added biofertilizers for sustainable agriculture.
