Gastrointestinal Disturbances and Eating Disorders: Treatment and Lived Experience

This thesis investigated how gastrointestinal disturbances impact individuals with eating disorders and their treatment. It highlighted the prevalence of gastrointestinal disturbances, their negative influence on quality of life, and their interference with eating disorder treatment. The findings emphasize the urgent need for effective therapies addressing both conditions concurrently.<p></p>
