Greening the bank’s environment: an examination of employees’ recycling behaviours

The study uncovered a multiplicity of influences and barriers to employees’ workplace recycling intentions and behaviours. The findings concluded that employees play a role in shaping workplace recycling and even within a conducive organisational environment, recycling behaviours are dependent on the individual who can either assist or hinder workplace recycling.<br>
