Gut Bacteria and lifestyle factors across ageing and Parkinson's disease

This research investigated the gut microbiome in Parkinson's disease and in cognition across typical ageing, while considering the role of lifestyle factors in this pathway. Additionally, neuroplasticity across ageing was assessed. Gut bacteria was associated to PD symptom severity and was associated to various measures of cognition.<p></p>
