Health and Safety (H&S) Training and Learning Framework for Foreign Workers in Malaysian Construction Industry

The H&S Training and Learning Framework could potentially make a significant contribution by impacting on the construction industry in the workplace environment. In particular, the framework could form the guidelines and an alternative reference for authorized parties, such as instructors, safety officers, officers of the Department of Skills Development (DSD) and the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), thus improving their H&S training and learning programs, by especially focusing on foreign workers.
