Heat Dissipating Property and Application of Atomically Thin Boron Nitride

This thesis mainly focuses on the heat-dissipating property and application of atomically thin boron nitride. It not only explores the intrinsic thermal conductance between graphene and boron nitride, but also fabricates boron nitride nanosheets based heat conductive materials with high thermal conductivity.
