Hybrid Abalone Stress Responses to Temperature and Nutritional Manipulation

This thesis investigated the post-feeding metabolic activity, the stress related gene HSP70 and growth rates of farmed Australian hybrid abalone acclimated to combinations of seasonal temperatures, dietary protein levels and graded levels of a dietary supplement. Several methods are evaluated and recommendations for farming practices arise from this research.<p></p>
