Impact of Personality Disorder on Health, Functioning, and Treatment Outcomes

This thesis investigated the impact of personality disorder on health, functioning, and treatment outcomes among individuals with co-occurring mental state disorder. Personality disorder was found to be associated with impaired quality of life and increased utilisation of non-mental health services. These findings may be used to inform public health planning and service delivery.
