This study focused on understanding Graduate Nurse and Nurse Leader perspectives on the nature of nurse-to-nurse interactions and the impact on patient safety outcomes. A conceptual model was designed, which indicated how contextual and interpersonal factors impact clinician interactions and the delivery of safe and quality patient care.
