Impact of psychological capital on the relationship between LMX and adaptive performance

This study investigates the impact of positive psychological capital of the employees in improving adaptability. The findings highlight that higher-quality relationships between leaders and subordinates, and low differential treatments within groups, enable subordinates to obtain more positive psychological capital to enhance their adaptive performance within the dynamic work environment.
