This thesis assessed the feasibility of using specifically designed video-games to improve functioning in children with autism spectrum disorder. The findings provide preliminary evidence supporting the use of Whiz Kid Games (a freely accessible, online, video-game based intervention) for improving both social and behavioural functioning in children aged 6-12 who have been diagnosed with autism.
