thesis
posted on 2023-11-27, 04:32 authored by Melanie Schuijers
This research explores perinatal factors associated with infant social-emotional outcomes. Higher maternal social support in trimester three and at eight weeks postnatal was found to be associated with higher infant social-emotional competencies and fewer problems at age one in two Australian cohort studies. Perinatal social support was not found to be associated with measures of interactional quality in either cohort.
