Investigating Mechanisms of Stress, Inflammation, and Bioenergetics in Treatment-resistant Depression

This research examines the pathophysiological underpinnings of treatment-resistant depression. Here, we investigate how inflammation, stress reactivity, and bioenergetics coordinate to present depression symptoms, and how these physiological mechanisms are modified by novel antidepressants.
