Leadership in Early Childhood Education in Singapore Context

This study aims to investigate selected early childhood leaders' perspectives on enablers and barriers of their roles to be effective leaders in Singapore. A mixed-methods approach was employed to achieve the aims of the study. Results of this study have implications for early childhood leaders' personal and professional development and implications for professional recognition of effective leaders in Singapore.
