Localised corrosion characteristics of additively manufactured austenitic stainless steel

This study investigated the localised corrosion behaviour of additively manufactured stainless steel. It demonstrates the potential of additive manufacturing in producing stainless steel parts with superior corrosion resistance, which has been a long-standing challenge in conventional manufacturing routes.<br>
