This study investigated the response of Atlantic salmon exposed to chronic thermal stress from increased water temperatures due to global climate change. The data presented provides the physiological responses and a transcriptome level resource for the advancement of biomarkers into chronic thermal stress and bimodal growth in Atlantic salmon populations.
