Marxism in the age of capitalist crisis This thesis argues that a direct relationship exists between crises affecting both capitalism and Marxism. A theoretical and practical response is offered affirming Marxism’s relevance, both as an explanatory tool and, significantly, as a means of building independent political and organisational structures that will challenge the rule of capitalism.
