Mental health care in Kenya: investigating strategies for capacity building in primary health care settings

This study explored current gaps to mental health care in Kenya. A mental health literacy survey was undertaken among primary health care workers in four counties of Kenya. Findings pointed to effectiveness of mental health education as a capacity building measure.
