In combination with Blue Green Infrastructure, microorganisms can be used as bioremediation agents for glyphosate, facilitated by immobilization on inert matrices for subsequent removal. In the present work, the usefulness hydrological tools in targeting and designing a glyphosate bioremediation strategy was evaluated together with the isolation of glyphosate-degrading bacteria.
