Migrant status-related job stressor exposures and associated mental health impacts

This study answered how migrant status shaped occupational health inequities (OHIs) in Australia. The findings suggested that regarding the relationships between job stressor exposure and mental health, differential exposure is a more important mechanism than differential vulnerability in the production of OHIs between migrant and native-born workers in Australia.
