Misuse of Market Power and the Hypothetical Competitive Market Standard

This thesis proposes a new legal theory of liability for misuse of market power based on an alternative heuristic test to distinguish conduct which distorts the operation of markets, and so should be proscribed, from conduct which is a normal incident of competition and so should be permitted.
