Monitoring Social and Emotional Development Across the Early Life Course

This thesis describes the design and testing of a new, early life course social and emotional development monitoring system. Placing a unique emphasis on care-based attitudes and behaviours, this new Comprehensive Monitoring System aims to provide governments and communities with robust local epidemiological maps of social and emotional development.<p></p>
