Monitoring the corporate political activity of the food industry

The ‘corporate political activity’ (CPA) of the food industry could influence public health policies and programs. In this thesis, I developed an approach to monitor the CPA, using publicly available information. This approach was implemented in two countries of the Pacific region and supplemented with interviews of key informants.<br>
