Multiculturalism and Public Relations Practice in the Victorian Government and Multicultural Sectors

This thesis investigates how multiculturalism is understood, experienced  and enacted by practitioners and stakeholders involved in multicultural  communications in the Victorian government and multicultural sectors.  The results of my research point to new approaches for improving the  capacity of practitioners to work more effectively with culturally and  linguistically diverse communities.
