Multimodal therapy and molecular exosomal-microRNA biomarkers for cancer cachexia

This thesis project is clinically based and includes six clinical trials for early diagnosis and treatment of cancer cachexia (terminal stage). I concluded Interleukin -6, and exosomal microRNA-21 as biomarkers for early diagnosis of cancer cachexia. I recommended 500 mg bovine Lactoferrin once daily and exercise program twice weekly.
