NESB skilled primary migrant women's experiences, an Australian perspective

The research presents individual experiences of skilled primary migrant women from Non-English Speaking Background, who are deemed ‘successful’ in their career in Australia, and how these women have navigated their career pathways. Through analyses of the literature and findings from interviews, a multidimensional synergetic advantageous adaptation model has been proposed.
