TiO2 nanotube arrays were fabricated via anodization. Tubes morphology were characterized for better electrical and biological properties. Annealing and doping with different elements were employed to improve electrical properties of fabricated nanotubes. Copper doped nanotubes annealed in an atmosphere of nitrogen could be a good candidate for neural interfacing.
