This research studied eCommerce/eBusiness tertiary education in the Asia Pacific region from 1998 to 2003 and investigated whether these universities were flexible enough to develop eCommerce/eBusiness academic programs effectively through explicit recognition of their market-oriented nature and engagement with the concept of new service product development.
