This thesis investigated anti-littering behavioral intentions using a normative perspective in a developing country. The influence of social norms on anti-littering personal norms was enhanced using people's place attachment and ethical positions. The findings showed that people with high place attachment, high idealistic, and low relativistic values developed stronger anti-littering personal norms, which positively influenced their anti-littering intentions.
