This thesis investigated the relationship between physical function and cognition during ageing in obese older adults and during prostate cancer treatment. It examined the effects of exercise and nutritional supplementation to cognition in men treated with androgen deprivation therapy. Outcomes support optimisation of physical function and cardiorespiratory fitness for cognition in obese older adults and during prostate cancer treatment.
