Optimising the Location of Refuelling Facilities at Transportation Companies

This thesis introduces the Refuelling Facility Expansion Problem, proposes a Mixed Integer Program to solve the problem, develops a methodology to convert GPS data into trips and estimates the impact of using the model in a case study in Australia. Additionally, it suggests two matheuristics to solve large instances of the problem.<p></p>
