This study answered what review selection experiences shape the trajectory of customers demonstrating resilience during a time using social networks. The findings pointed to select a valuable subset of reviews that satisfy the customers' interests when they want to know about any entities or venues by using social network applications like Yelp, Foursquare, and Tripadvisor.
