Perspectives of Adults with Type 1 Diabetes using Open-Source Technologies

This research focuses on adults with type 1 diabetes who have created their own health technology. These are called open-source automated insulin delivery systems. This thesis contributes new knowledge on how this group navigates challenges, their perspectives on the future of this technology, and provided validated measurement of their psychosocial outcomes.
