Phenomenological inquiry into the experience of web project managers

This thesis investigated the impact of user concern on the selection of system features during the development of internet software. The insights gained into the evolutionary nature of the requirements gathering process throughout the internet system life-cycle will allow significant improvement to the existing methods of developing such systems.
