Policy-Based Socio-Ethical Behaviours for Smart Devices

Smart Internet-connected devices are becoming commonplace in this age, and there is a need for them to behave ethically and in a socially acceptable manner. The thesis has investigated a policy-based approach to make smart internet-connected devices behave in a more human-centred way, demonstrated via prototype-based and simulation-based studies.<p></p>
