Predicting operating rules for melt electrowriting process

This study answered what polymer properties dominate fibre formation during melt electrowriting process. The outcome of this study demonstrated a previously undocumented concept of “operating space” for successful MEW, which provides a predictive context for approximating the fibre formation behaviour of various linear polymer systems with neutral backbones.
