Prediction of brief clarity's influence on design-bid-build project performance

This research developed two simulation methods of PDRI-SD and fuzzy-SD, by which the influence of brief clarity on design-bid-build project cost and time are predicted. Predicting the brief clarity's impact on project performance at an early stage of the project delivery aids in determining mitigation strategies for potential cost overruns and delays.
