This qualitative research project evaluated a Transition to Clinical Practice program within the Medical Course at Deakin University, aligning Mezirow's transformative learning theory. It proposes curriculum modifications and redesign utilising transformative learning theory can improve medical students' perception of preparedness for commencing their clinical clerkship year.
