This thesis provides an understanding of primary-school-based nutrition programs that include environmental sustainability components and their impact on children's fruit and vegetable consumption. Experiential programs incorporating school gardens, tastings and cooking activities, were more likely to increase children’s F&V consumption. Future research should focus on experiential programs for this cohort.
