This thesis investigated the utility of well-being, physical workload, and sleep variables to monitor changes in soldiers' psychophysiology. Relationships between perceptions of well-being, physical workload or sleep, indicate that it is possible to use these variables to monitor and potentially better manage soldiers' health and performance in training.
