Quantifying draft value in prospective Australian Football League draftees

Daniel’s research answered what indicates value in a draft context for each of Australian Rules football’s various playing positions. It identified trends related to athlete’s demographics, physical attributes and on-field performance measures. Findings will aid future draft decisions to ensure effective use of the limited opportunity to select talent.
