This thesis examined the impact of rebranding announcements on corporate outcomes including analysts' forecast properties, lenders' loan contracting decisions, and stock price informativeness. After the announcement, firms access favourable outcomes which improves understanding of rebranding process and provides link between this marketing construct and behaviour of financial market participants.
