Blake Allan’s thesis investigated how emerging technology can be used to describe the varied behavioural strategies individual animals (possums) use in response to habitat fragmentation and modification, and quantify the resultant energetic costs. He also demonstrated the larger implications and applications of this work for biodiversity conservation and management.<br>
