Reforming the Judicial System in Nepal: Trusting Justice

This study investigated the disparity between principles of judicial reform and access to justice in Nepal. It narrated the experience of justice for both demand and supply sides. The findings uncovered a severe lack of public trust in the judicial system, and judicial independence being critically meaningful and the most urgently required reform.
